The BondExpo in Stuttgart, Germany, has quickly emerged as the place to be for industry players and customers in the bonding technologies industry. From October5 to 8, the trade fair provides the perfect platform to present the innovative templine® heated hoses from Masterflex. Trade visitors can come along to booth 9215 in hall 9 and admire this feat of engineering, which is not only economical and flexible, but also perfectly designed for your various applications and ready to use.
The heated hose is applied wherever it is important to maintain a certain temperature while transporting material, such as to protect liquid media from freezing, or if the temperature is to be increased, such as when heating wood glue for bonding parts in the furniture industry. templine® reliably transports liquid, viscous or gaseous media material within a temperature range of -50 °C to +300 °C.
Energy consumption reduced by up to 30 %
Thanks to its unique patented design with four heating conductors interwoven into a sturdy spiral, heat is evenly distributed and the hose boasts increased stability, without losing any of its flexibility. As a result, templine® can withstand even extreme tension and torsion. High-quality silicone foam also ensures optimum thermal insulation. The templine® hose therefore has the advantage of cutting energy consumption by up to 30 %. Due to its extremely sturdy outer casing, the heated hose can also withstand being walked on and rolled over, and offers protection against even the most extreme abrasion.
40 metre lengths produced in series
Thanks to the unique templine® patented hose technology and its specially developed production facility, Masterflex can produce these heated hoses in series to lengths of over 40 metres. By way of comparison, that is almost three times as long as what is currently on offer from competitors!
Robust and easy to handle
The templine® heated hoses come complete with a connection cable and can be connected directly to a corresponding control device. Upon request, templine® can also be configured in the connection housing with an integrated controller and controller limiter.
